"Literally one of my favorite spots I’ve ever stayed at! Such a cute hotel in such a beautiful area of Pagosa Springs. The river running behind the hotel is such a great spot. The room was clean, the coffee was really good and the bed and bathroom were clean and both comfortable. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again. "Upon arrival I was checking in the person working proceeded to act very discussed when I brought to her attention we have service dogs 2 of them I also have all the proper paperwork she was very rude after that Then my husband went to see if the sell ice and rudely told him he would have to go to town but failed to share there was a near by convenience store so we had warm beverages I hope something is done to educate this women on how customer service works for both parties "
"Cabin was great. Central AC would be nice but the window unit helped. Tub floor needs refinishing as it looked dirty. Rest of place was nice and convenient. Good breakfast. Easy to access and generally private. "
