"The motel is located in a great spot in the town. I really enjoyed the small town feel that it has. It has a huge bonus located just next door and that was Kip’s Grill which had some amazing tacos and cheese dip. The check in is super simple and although staff is not on property, they do make sure to establish contact with you if you need them. I will definitely be back for another stay. "
"As others have said, immaculate well-cared for property in walking distance to downtown attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly. Cons: cold-food only breakfast (except for waffles), that was the same every day. Seating was very tight at times during breakfast. Small in-room refrigerator did not have freezer section. TV was streaming only, and was connected via Wifi, causing it to studder often during programming."
"Our family loved everything about this property. The only thing we didn't like was that we didn't stay longer! We stayed in the lodge and it was clean and well though out. Our family of 5 were very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Go outside and look at the stars! "
"Upon arrival I was checking in the person working proceeded to act very discussed when I brought to her attention we have service dogs 2 of them I also have all the proper paperwork she was very rude after that Then my husband went to see if the sell ice and rudely told him he would have to go to town but failed to share there was a near by convenience store so we had warm beverages I hope something is done to educate this women on how customer service works for both parties "
"As a frequent traveller between Minnesota and Arizona, my wife and I have struggled to find 5-star level accommodation along the way. Luckily, we stumbled upon opulent yet down home comfortable Keyah tucked outside the scenic mountain town of Pagosa. Keyah has a lot of great reviews and they deserve it as McKenzie makes a wonderful hostess and chef. The panoramic views and hikes are impeccable. This is truly a great American luxury destination spot."
