"Welcoming and helpful staff, comfy beds, beautiful grounds and views and so much peace and quiet! We stayed in early April and the weather was beautiful but unpredictable (as usual in the Azores) and our room stayed a comfortable temperature the entire time without using the thermostat. The only change I'd make is more variety at breakfast and more opportunity to try the Azorean beef at dinner! "

I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. Auf den Bildern sieht es so aus als ob das Hotel und die Balkone zum Meer gerichtet sind, jedoch hat man bei einem Zimmer mit Meerblick lediglich einen seitlichen Meerblick. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber auch nicht mehr. Etwas Mißverständlich war die Nutzung des Innenpools und der Sauna, dieses wird als Day Sia ausgelegt und es werden extra Gebühren erhoben, die aber nicht ihr Geld wert sind, für die kostenlose Nutzung ist dies in...

Some aspects of the room were a little tired and different (like the bathroom lighting was insufficient) but it was a very pleasant and spacious room.
