Great place to stay. Old-fashioned mom pop motel with a very dated parking lot, however, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The staff was great. The room was comfortable. The beds were good, and it was clean. Great value in Rawlings.

Very quaint, charming older hotel. The owners run it themselves and were friendly, accommodating, and personable. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed having a fridge in the room. Plenty of towels. Very nice being able to park right in front of our door. Family owned.

Easy check-in. Front desk guy was very nice and efficient. The room was clean. Beds comfortable. Lots of space. Great parking. Shower area was the only downside, could use a remodel/touch up. Water pressure was good though. Great 24 hour diner just a few minutes drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I felt very safe at the property, the room and bathroom were very clean, modern AC worked very well, had everything a tired traveler needed. Parking right in front of my room. Next time I might opt for a larger room.

I love the full size refrigerator/freezer. This is so handy for refreezing ice packs. Great location and super friendly staff. I would suggest running the fan for white noise bc the street seems to be a busy one at night.
