"This was a cozy upscale clean hotel. Service was excellent. Everything was real wood and very well maintained. The jacuzzi, sauna and indoor/outdoor heated pool was perfect after a long days hike or to start your day. It was a 5 min drive into downtown and you can’t beat the breakfast buffet for the price. We will be back to stay and recommend it to anyone."

"Our family’s stay at The Jackson SouthTown was extremely disappointing. The room had multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including a toilet with visible fecal staining and a strong odor, hair and concerning residue in the shower, debris and body hair around/on the bunk beds, a sink that would not drain properly, and a window blind that would not close. I reported these concerns to the front desk during our stay and requested assistance. The employee explained that she was working...

"This property worked out very well for me. I was on a solo bucket list trip and the location was ideal. Great location/ walkable and I felt safe. They don't offer breakfast or coffee in lobby but I had a Keurig in my room and ate at some great local spots. The staff were very friendly and accommodating."

"This room was in poor condition and not like the photos advertised. Given a room in an older fourplex. One nightstand with no lamp, the other side a tall lamp with no nightstand. It had a small closet and a noisy refrigerator. The bed and pillows were lumpy. Old carpet. No table at all and only one of the two chairs pictured. The bathroom was clean enough, just had no counter space, no place to put anything, not even a hook on the wall. The shower was small. A light switch in the hall lit an...

"We appreciated the fridge and microwave. Very comfortable room."

"Location is great especially if you are traveling to both the National parks Teton and Yellowstone. The area is gorgeous. This rooms are small but functional. One advise, do NOT plan to have breakfast at their restaurant. Staffs at the restaurants are RUDE! They have some young kids working with no manners. They seem like they were annoyed to be working there. For breakfast, they only have scramble eggs and biscuits and nothing else available from the menu. Only 2 scramble eggs (plain and...

"Room was clean and cozy, bed was very good. There are a lot of cabins crammed into a small property but it works. The room was not ready for checkin at 3:00, we had to wait 40 minutes and come back 4 times before we got a key. The front desk staff seemed pretty indifferent—they were fine to begin with but even though the room was fine I’ll look elsewhere next trip."

"The heated bathroom floors were the best💙"

"Liked the location, but for the money it was disappointing . The rooms were outdated and the hallway smell was not pleasant. Breakfast was included but staff did not know if sausage was pork or turkey/chicken. Got there later had to ask to refill potatoes and one other item. No engagement or helpful. Front desk was great, didn’t use the facilities so can’t comment"

"The room was simple and clean. The front desk attendant was very kind and helpful."
