Book it. You won’t be disappointed. 7-11 is minutes away by foot. Food and massages and laundry the same. Nai Harn is walkable. Resort is peaceful and the dip pool is awesome. Restaurant is amazing and meal sizes are large. Employees are friendly, helpful and have good English.

Unfortunately the villa had no power the first day of arrival, due to this nonair conditioning, no pool (as it wasn't cleaned).
As well for any future visitors it's still a bit of a building site around the area.
