"Very disorganized, the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Long wait to check-in as the staffs are confused and kept asking questions even though the check-in details are all right there. The car park is also messy, guests need to handle the limited space themselves. The room is decent, although resembling an apartment converted into a hotel, instead of dedicatedly built for this purpose. Seriously, the check-out time is even longer than checking in, with more than ten guests queuing...
