"Very disorganized, the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Long wait to check-in as the staffs are confused and kept asking questions even though the check-in details are all right there. The car park is also messy, guests need to handle the limited space themselves. The room is decent, although resembling an apartment converted into a hotel, instead of dedicatedly built for this purpose. Seriously, the check-out time is even longer than checking in, with more than ten guests queuing...

"Spotless with courteous staff, great value for money. Simple room with no extras burnt we were only there to sleep. We were very pleased with the room. "

"ดี"

"Room was very basic. Did not get cleaned everyday. No reception staff in the morning to checkout. Watched over 30 minutes to get deposit back. Would not stay again. Poor "

"I recently stayed at the hotel and had a great experience. The location is convenient, close Sutisan Mrt and restaurants, markets making it easy to explore that area. My room was simple but clean and equipped with all the essentials like air conditioning and a comfy bed, The staff were friendly and helpful, overall, for the price. Nicha Residence is a great value for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. I'd definitely recommend it!"

"โดยรวมห้องกว้างแต่ห้องเก่า มีกลิ่นฝุ่นๆบริการดีอาหารอร่อยคะ"
