"That Southern hospitality was right on point, friendliness at its finest."

"The only negative was it is difficult to enter at night"

"10's!! From the Initial interaction with the Valet attendant Darryl and David everything just got better and Better. The Front desk Associate was friendly, professional, and even allowed me to use her scissors lol. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the River. The Rooftop bar was Amazing and the Salmon bites Chef's Kiss. This will now be the only Hotel I stay in when I travel to Memphis."

"Beds are terrible….. don’t pay for breakfast through here it’s free at hotel"

"room very stuffy all the time and could not get air to circulate or cool the room comfortably. Staff overall friendly especially breakfast crew."

"Close to Beale Street. Short walk."

"Excellent stay"

"Staff was nice. Breakfast was good! Starbucks was a bonus! The room for the most part was clean. However, there were cobwebs and dust in the corners. There were spots all over the ceiling from previous water leaks. These are not deal breakers for me. If ever in town I would stay again."

"One of the TVs in the room was broken, and so was the bed. My husband didn’t want me to make a fuss because he was exhausted and didn’t want to mess with asking for another room, but the bed had a big sag and your feet were higher than your head, it squeaked if you moved at all. The water pressure wasn’t great either. Not what I’ve come to expect for SpringHill Suites."

"Ali is excellent!!!!"
