"Great hotel and location. "

"It’s hard to describe just how bad this hotel is. Door doesn’t latch unless you lock it. Tiny, uncomfortable pillows and a poorly made mattress. Watered down shower products and no tissues in the bathroom. Old towels with threads hanging from all edges. And you can hear wastewater from other rooms coming down the pipes at all hours. For what I paid on hotels dot com, this should have been a much better experience."

"Overall, I found this an excellent hotel to stay in. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was very spacious and clean. I was a little disappointed however that I asked the receptionist for a room with a bath which he kindly arranged for me, but the bath did not have a plug making it impossible to enjoy a hot goth in the evening! I did enquire about this. And was told that none of the baths in any of the rooms have plugs! I was a little surprised by this, however it didn't ruin my stay. The breakfast was also excellent and had many well labelled options to choose from. Overall, I found the hotel excellent, and I will visit it again in the future."
