"La stanza che ci è stata assegnata non era nemmeno pubblicizzata sulla piattaforma; non abbiamo visto nessuna foto. Il proprietario ci ha lasciati alla porta per oltre un'ora senza sapere cosa fare, senza rispondere al telefono. La pulizia era buona, ma la stanza era piena di muffa. L'unica nota positiva è stata la possibilità di effettuare il check-out posticipato."

"This is a fair experience. This accomodation is an 8-room guesthouse -not a hotel in the traditional sense. It advertises as bed-and-breakfast but there is no breakfast. It’s main pro is its superb location, just few steps from Siena’s main square. Also, its manager is really customer oriented and tries his best to make you feel comfortable.
