"We thought we were booking a 4 star hotel and it ended up being a 2 star hotel quality. The rooms were very basic not even offering basic amenities such as a shower cap. They seemed understaffed at the check in desk. We were so disappointed as we somehow thought we were booking a 4 star hotel and were so shocked when we arrived at the quality of the hotel. It is run down, basic, understaffed. We will not be returning there again."

"We stayed for two nights at The Mont. The room was clean and modern. The only downside was that the room had one tiny window. Since we were not in the room much, the window wasn’t a huge issue. The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to see. They did provide parking garage was a 3 minute walk from the hotel."

"At check in we selected breakfast and room upgrade. The pricing for the breakfast was accurate to what was told at the counter. The pricing of the room upgrade per night was misrepresented by over $35."
