"Clean"

"Staff is excellent. Nice to have room service available. Hotel shuttle is great. Rooftop pool and hot tub is super."

"Staff was amazing and very helpful. Room cleaning is only every 3 days, so we had to ask for supplies at the front desk, but they were very always fast and efficient at getting us what we needed."

"The room itself was spacious - nice kitchen (w/ refrigerator/stove/microwave/washer/dryer - furniture was cheap couch, dinette and never could get TV to work - Bathroom nice - Bed pretty good The property is located in a little seedier end of Scottsdale road - good sportsbar (Philly's) and a good breakfast diner across the street (front desk staff unaware of this ) If your traveling on a budget, acceptable solution - if you have a little more money, consider alternate location."

"Nice clean property and room. Located in walking distance to many restaurants. The A/C was ice cold !! Breakfast was nice , staff friendly. There was an odd odor in lobby/hall area that some others mentioned but the rooms were fresh"

"I needed a Phillips screwdriver to put my new license plate on my car. The staff member not only found a screwdriver but walked to my car and put it on for me too. Excellent customer service is difficult to find these days. It was refreshing to see it. Thank you to the kind staff member who went above and beyond."

"Loved our stay at Sonesta ! Beautiful property . It was clean quiet and great location to explore. The staff was wonderful and I will definitely come back to this hotel again ."
