Online check in and communication prior to visit was very good. Air temperature in the room was warm for my liking 26 - 28c and when trying to cool it down it switched off probably to save energy. Shower pressure was quite weak. Room was nice and bigger than many you get in London.

Nice and quiet tucked away from the main high street. Receptionist was polite.
The room was basic but clean and had all the essentials. They had a luggage room we made use of to explore the local area unencumbered especially the beautiful Brompton Cemetery which was only around the corner. Great location within walking distance of Earls Court, Fulham and Kensington. Only issue was the lack of plug sockets in the room- very few and none especially close to the bedside.

We have been lucky enough to stay here twice recently and absolutely love it. The staff are all extremely nice and go above and beyond with assistance with whatever you might need. Meticulously clean and in a great neighbourhood. Absolutely love it here.

A potentially excellent hotel. I would suggest two improvements, firstly and most importantly you cannot change the room temperature, even with the window open, the room was just too hot. The room was lush, we had the bunk beds in Cocoon 8 as there was 6 of us and with kids, they loved it. There was no table/chairs to sit as you don't always want to sit on the bed...and there was a wall Infront so you couldn't see the other person's on the bed...hence a seat of some sort.
