"Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in."

"We had a lovely time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful: Neil in particular gave us lots of good tips for what to see. There was a small hiccup with the check in process (I think stemming from the fact that we'd booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel itself), but that was resolved without fuss. "From the time we arrived our experience was perfect! The gentleman at the front desk (unfortunately forgot his name) was so welcoming and respectful! The lower level spa pool was such a special experience and the rooftop & pool was perfect as well. Located on a very quiet street in Valetta it was close to the main gate of Valetta, the Co-Cathedral and so many special places in Valetta. We had to carry our cups down to reception to ask for replacements. They replaced towels and made beds, but would move around our things and a bracelet went missing.
