"We stayed in one of their cottages for a week. The room was really clean, but it was very small for two people for a lengthy stay. There wasn't a good place to store clothing for the week. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. The staff was welcoming and kind, and it was a comfortable place to stay. I would stay again if I go back to Kauai."

"Appreciated the lei and beaded necklace greeting. Staff very friendly & welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. So helpful to have an in-room washer & dryer. Numerous pools all wonderful and nicely styled & landscaped. Nice to have Holoholo Grill on-site for easy meals. Location near beaches and other sites was also nice. Only disappointment was that the ocean view room we paid extra for was obstructed by utility poles and lines. Was hard for me to get past that. No photos on their site show...

"Loved walking out our door and being right on the beach. Loved the convenience of the bar and restaurant and its proximity to the beach. Didn’t love that the only practical way to park was to use the valet service (even though the valets were extremely courteous and efficient). Also loved that, even though we’re an older couple, we found the family-friendly atmosphere and quiet nights comfortable and relaxing."

"I booked our room through Expedia and specifically chose the accessible room with a roll in shower but upon check-in, was offered a shower chair instead. My wife is pregnant so that was supposed to be a non-negotiable but they didn’t actually have that type available, apparently. Also, they are doing major renovations and blocked off a big part of the lobby. The route to the elevator is super weird and dark. The big iconic waterfall part of the pool was closed off too. The pools were really nice...

"I do not recommend booking this hotel. The service was very poor and the staff had a bad attitude. When we arrived on the first day, they gave us the wrong room. Also, they’re cleaning every 2 days only. They told us we would receive a refund after check-out, but after following up one month later, they said there would be no refund for the one night we checked out early. This felt very unfair."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple with fresh fruit and grab and take items. They do have a microwave. Parking was great! Loved the ocean view and easy access to restaurants, beaches and walking paths. Were disappointed with the one bathroom window that was in need of repair around the frame. It had very dark stuff around it like dirt, rust or mold(??)."

"The Sheraton was well positioned on the island to make exploring easy. The pool area was beautiful and access to the ocean was great. We also enjoyed the luau onsite as we celebrated a wedding anniversary. The entire hotel seemed very clean & well kept. The staff was easy to work with and seemed happy to be a part of the team working there. We had no issues with any part of our stay & would stay with the Sheraton Coconut Beach again."

"Best stay we had on any of the islands. Staff is outstanding, and the location is first rate. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and the views are incredible. Beach toys and bikes to use along with tasty banana bread. Would definitely stay here again."

"One night stay at this place for our backpacking trip. Love the location and cleanliness. Didn’t have much daylight left by the time we settle down for the night. Took a little stroll to take a glimpse of what’s left of the sunset. It sure was beautiful. "

"Lovely staff and lovely location, some of the outdoor fixtures and furniture were a bit worn, and the TV was near impossible to use, but overall had a good time. My only reason for dropping down 2 stars is because the first room we were assigned to, still had people checked in. Thank goodness they were not in the room when we entered!! The second reason is because we had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign hanging off our door, but someone (assuming housekeeping) came in and promptly left. We were checking...
