Any maintenance issues we have encountered have been dealt with promptly and efficiently with follow up calls from management to assure the issue has been resolved. "

"The room was very clean the staff amazing only disappointment was that the Resturant for buffet was closed and no buffet for dinner and the expense was pricy for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and on our first full day there the wait staff at pool bar was very slow we waited 1 hour and never got our final bill to sign so we went to our room assuming they would call us for signature instead the next day we were scolded and embarrassed in front of other guest for not signing our bill we explained...
