The Hotel staff provided amazing and friendly service. Spectacular views of the ocean and fun events happening close by. The basic room we stayed in wasn't in the best shape (some rust on the shower head, water damage above the toilet etc) and lacked some amenities (no safe in room but available at the front desk and no fridge )but was clean and well supplied. I'd stay here again but opt for a room with a kitchen and ocean view for future stays.

We had an incredible stay at Blue Chairs! The all-adults environment was exactly the vibe we were looking for—a quaint Mexican oasis that felt so peaceful to return to after a busy day exploring the Malecón. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. The staff made us feel like family from day one. A huge thank you to Aldo, Abraham, Miguel, and Antonio, who took such amazing care of us on the beach—they really made our trip special. Even when we ran into a hiccup with a lost room key, the team handled it professionally and had everything resolved by the end of our stay. Plus, a major bonus for anyone needing to stay connected: the Wi-Fi was perfect with zero issues throughout our visit. I would give this place 5 stars and will definitely be recommending it to anyone headed to Puerto Vallarta!

Location is great on the beach. Hot water works great. Penthouse room was OK; had refrigerator and microwave, no phone. No utensils, plates or glasses so I had to buy those, annoying. Room condition Average.They charge 1000 pesos per visitor after the first visitor including those not staying overnight, no matter how long your stay; I was there nine days and was not about to pay like that. For the low price and location it was good; on an absolute scale it was average.

The room was clean and had a spectacular view. It was definitely dated and could use some upgrades but all in all very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the location was great. The main downfall was that the music from the bar/beach/hotel next door was very loud. Also, beach chairs were included but you could not sit close to the water unless you were a big spender and they reserved the first three rows for "VIPs". That was very annoying so we ended up renting chairs from the vendors next to our resort.

Super friendly staff love that it’s LGBTQ+ friendly. I visited with a group of friends and it was clean, and nothing super fancy but nice. The ocean view room was an amazing view. Close to the Malecon, shops, bars, restaurants and more. I dive and I had to walk 40 minutes to the dive shop, so that was a bit far but the diving was incredible! Went to Los Arcos and it was the best diving experience I have had in Mexico so far. I recommend this hotel.

While the room appeared generally tidy, I noticed visible fingerprints on some of the furniture and a few spots on the floor, which took away from the overall cleanliness. On a positive note, Aldo at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the rest of the front desk staff, who were less welcoming.
