When we arrived everything was fine at check-in time, but when we went up to the suite it was dirty with sand on the sheets and urine on the toilet sides. I was quite surprised because I've been here 4 years in a row and I've never seen anything like that. I like the beach, it's very clean and the pools are always very clean. The staff is always very friendly, but they need to be more careful with the cleaning of the rooms.

Friendly and professional staff, starting with bell boys, front desk. The ocean is perfect to swim and soft sand, no rocks. The food is very good. Ocean Breeze has a good laundry room for guests.
