This is an excellent place to stay if you're looking for an adult only all inclusive that is not going to break the bank, one set back is that it does not have direct access to the beach, you have to go through the Crystal which is next door. Another set back I noticed is that the Hotel seems to be quite understaffed around the pools and restaurants, specially since the place was quite full since they're converting it to a Time Share.

This was our 3rd time staying at the Hacienda Grand Krystal. The property is slowly deteriorating. The room was not cleaned properly. The AC not working and we asked for pool view and our view was blocked by trees. The staff, as always, very professional and grateful. The restaurants well all great with the exception of Le Delice. Service was horrible and food not cooked throughly. The pool was great, especially the service provided by Carlos and Cesar. Sadly, I will not return to this resort.

The property is well maintained. The pool area is huge, it’s part of this larger area you can walk to with full access as well. There is a hidden rooftop pool area. Not many people there. Excellent food

Yes we enjoyed the pool very much! I love that it’s only 4 and a bit feet deep throughout. It was nice to be on the adult side for sure. We enjoyed the pillar pool as well, a bit quieter. Our room was clean with plenty of towels daily! Staff were very good and super friendly! The rooftop pool was also beautiful to watch the sunset! The hacienda side where we stayed is a little tired, but overall good! We will come back next year!
