The rooms were clean, the pool was good as well. Location was the best right at the malecón. The only issue was that the hotel does not accept/take the luggage’s once you do the check out like many hotels do. The afternoon front desk lady was really rude to all of us and told us that once we checked out we couldn’t be in the lobby and had to leave the premises.

The hotel was very modern, clean, comfortable, and had very helpful staff. The rooms were cleaned daily and had air conditioning. The kitchen area was nicely equipped with a table, fridge, sink, and utensils, plates and cups. I was very pleased with my stay at the Loft Hotel in Puerto Vallarta and would definitely recommend it! Plus, there was always hot and cold running water in the shower and sinks, and it was not extremely noisy at night like some of the other comments say. The hotel is located on the malecon, you should expect music and cars driving by.

This a well kept secret in Vallarta. What a jewel! It is located right on the malecon, in the center of Puerto Vallarta within walking distance of restaurants, shops, taxis, parks, cathedrals and about a 30 second walk to the ocean! The inside is amazing, from the outside it does not look like a hotel, but once inside it is spacious and surprisingly eclectic. Our room was called Moscu. It has 2 stories, a balcony with ocean view, cold AC in each room with a huge bathrooms, TVs in each room, sitting area inside the bedrooms, a dinner table, a convertible sofa in the living room and a fully stocked kitchen...with china and silverware...not food, a stove, a microwave and a full size refrigerator. I would love to stay there any time.
