I stayed for 18 days this time with different members of my family coming during my visit. We absolutely love this place. The staff are all kind and friendly . They are like family to me. The rooms and walkways are kept so clean and the grounds are maintained beautifully. We enjoy especially the Aguachile and Arrachera from the restaurant. The hamburgers are so much better than home. The beach is just a few minutes walk away with some tiendas up the street and an OXXO nearly in the lobby. If you want to take the bus into PV it will cost you about 11 pesos and the last one leaves about 10:15 to return to Mismaloya. I am looking forward to returning soon!

Beautiful gardens and pool, very clean, good AC, simple accomodations. Short walking distance to beach, zoo, bus stop , and tours. I didn't notice other hotels this close to everything that weren't huge resorts. Great location as it was much quieter and natural than PV yet a short bus ride away from the city. The beach was gorgeous and fun. Sometimes loud at night due to neighborhood music playing. Gracias !

Yet another wonderful stay at Casa Iguana. It feels like coming home to family. Always so clean (Thank you Carla and ladies!) and everyone is so nice. Lalo takes great care of the grounds and pool and Martha is always fun to talk with in the restaurant.

Great place for anyone on a budget. On the bus line to Puerto, walking distance to the beach. This is the best option for an affordable, yet luxurious stay. Every room is a 2 or 3 BR Suite

This was our second stay. We absolutely love this place. The staff is very nice and it is kept extremely clean. Most of our interactions were with Martha who we think is fantastic. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

We stayed for 2 weeks this trip. Blanca was very attentive and kept our room clean. Martha, Jesus and all the kitchen staff are excellent. Lalo is very friendly and willing to answer questions. If you need a blender or whatever just ask! I had seen negative reviews from when we were there in February from entitled people who were rude to us while we were staying and made issues with all other guests. I would put little faith in that review. The pool was sparkling blue and inviting. Short walk to the beach. I spent most my time holding down a balcony chair and crocheting when I wasn’t at the beach or in the pool. Very soothing and relaxing. This is our home away from home and love it. If you want the Ritz Carlton, go somewhere else. If you want good people and peace this is the place. See you in September! ❤️
