Room is in desperate need of an upgrade. Our fridge did not close properly so the icebox froze up and our food was not kept cold. Saying that, the views of the ocean were first rate. Balcony was small - room for 2 chairs - but it was lovely to sit there and watch the whales and the sunsets.

Staff everywhere were amazing and helpful. Plenty of hot water and clean towels. Beach chairs were wonderful. Bus service into town was great. Sometimes had to stand. Kitchen facilities were good. Cons. Safe never worked although kept promising to replace with new versions. Patio doors wouldn’t close properly. Pool towels were unavailable in the afternoon, had run out. Food was ok, but limited menu. WiFi didn’t work in our room at all. Had to sit in the lobby to get signal.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was great, nice pool. The only thing that we did not enjoy was the food, all the meals were too salty, the menu was limited, I got food poisoning on my second night, the managers were excellent.
