The Staff at the City Express are second to none!! I ran into a situation where I needed help and the staff and management of this resort looked after me like it was their responsibility to ensure I was safe and as comfortable as possible, despite the circumstances I found myself in, no money, no passport, no shoes!!! You will always be treated to great hospitality with all your needs taken care of if you stay at this resort. If you are looking to go to PV for a holiday or any other reason, I highly recommend staying at this hotel resort!!!
