"The staff was absolutely outstanding, friendly and so helpful. The hotel was extremely clean, stylish and the location honestly was prime, couldn’t be better. You’re close to everything in Viejo San Juan, walking distance to so many great bars, clubs and restaurants. Also a short uber distance to other neighborhoods and only 20min from the airport. My only note is that for a “boutique” hotel it lacks a lot on amenities and comfort in some aspects for example: shower has NO pressure at all, you will be showering with a little gentle stream. It’s tiny and very humid, with a plastic curtain that gets the floor wet, and cracks in the ceiling from humidity and paint is falling off a bit. My faucet kept breaking and the water was never hot enough. I understand the building is old, and I love the place for that, but I think admin could do a better job at updating the bathrooms to a more comfortable structure with small changes. Overall a great stay and I would come back again if the showers are fixed! ALSO be aware this is a busy and loud area so if you want peace and quiet this is not the place, you will be waking up multiple times due to the noise."
