"Excellent, especially the staff. Very relaxing and quality. The entrance (garden areas - maintenance and security/lighting at night) and parking area are not kept up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. So, first impression was a bit dubious, but once inside it was apparent that the place was of quality."

"This was a quick sleep stop between train and plane and I didn’t have expectations, but I was so pleasantly surprised. The room was beautiful, the bed and bedding was divine and the shower was lovely, unlike typical hotel showers. Staff were so friendly and helpful and a taxi from the station to the hotel and another from the hotel to the airport were both easy. Highly recommend. "

"Amazing! Staff were so accommodating and helpful and the entire building had so many facilities (some we discovered on the last day and unfortunately had no time to try out)!
