"Staff at reception gave us a room which was not cleaned (2 night stay in August'19). After speaking to the duty manager this issue was resolved appropriately. Furthermore the location is located a bit off central sightseeing however the property is clean and luxurious. Situated near the metro, just a few minutes walking. Despite the big error made, I still recommend this property."

"There is a metro stop in front of the hotel. We enjoyed the convenience of using both the metro and uber from our hotel. This hotel had the best Gym and Pool facilities we experienced on our trip. The breakfast was also delicious with nice local touches of Shanghai and Western style breakfast. Would highly recommend. "

"ESP for who fly to and from Pvg Airport, you can book the airport shuttle bus for free (only by tel and need to book advance 1 day) but anyway from airport just get on metro or subway which is 4 rmb and it's like4-5 stops no need to change train.
