"Family travel with 2 adults and 2 young kids. Hotel is in the centre of the downtown financial district with shopping malls nearby including IFC and Super Brand mall. Walking distance to the Shanghai Pearl Tower as well as the Metro station. Rooms are large, clean, and quiet. Buffet breakfast had a good spread and a bit of everything for everyone. Most staff spoke/understood English and were all super helpful. Only downside was there’s no self serve laundry. My booking included laundry service but limited to 3 pieces per day. "

"The shuttles are on a set schedule. We arrived from Hongqiao station. The next shuttle would’ve been 3 hours later, so we took a taxi (200yuan for over an hour ride). Shuttles to Disney and closest airport were much more frequent and very convenient. "

"Хорошая история для большой семьи , есть двух и трех спальные аппараты, прямой выход в торговый центр и достаточно вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, из минусов - уровень персонала достаточно низкий , 20 минут не могут принести чемоданы , на завтраке постоянно заканчиваются стаканы и чашки"
