Very nice property, well maintained and clean, nice size room. Conveniently located next to an outdoor and indoor mall/plaza (Tianhe Plaza) with lots of food choices and a family mart. They also provide transportation to and from airport which is a plus for us. Will definitely stay there again.

I traveled to Shanghai for one night only supposedly, but flight got cancelled due to weather alert. The front desk was so helpful and able to find another room. Overall good hotel for foreigners, the staff all really nice and the place very clean!

Following a long tiring day we found out there was no shuttle pickup service we took a taxi, but instead of 5 kms from the airport as advertised we found the place was a lot further. On arrival they were confused about the reservation and when we finally got a room the key wouldn’t turn on the lights or power in the room. They called out a repairman, on my insistence they finally gave us another room.
