"Perfect place to stay in Pudong - have visited many times and always stay at the Green Court...great location, luxurious apartments with kitchenette, loads of great bars and restaurants all within 5-10 minutes' walking distance, grocery store is just downstairs, a Starbucks and ATM around the corner...what's not to love?"

"Good convenient hotel to airport. I’ve stayed here 2 times on different occasions. The shuttle bus that is easier to figure out and take from hotel to airport vs airport to hotel. Drinks are over priced in restaurant but in house convince store is great. Breakfast buffet was great. Dinner was ok; recommend to order local menu options and not the American or other nationality foods. "

"This is a total disaster. No reception for check in. Hotels.com confirmed the booking but Eversunshine Residence wasn't aware of the booking at all. Obviously there was a huge communications gap. After hours waiting in late night, Eversunshine Residence confirmed no partnership/relation with Hotels.com and kicked me out at 10:30pm. All payment was made to Hotels.com ahead of time but till now no one reached back to me to handle this."

She was crying and scared of a permanent loss from her toy relation as she said it's her careless fault. She wanted to chase Hippo out in the middle of the night. "First, the hotel is OK. Decent sized room and pretty clean. However it's in the middle of nowhere. No local shops or anything and coming at night it feels like you're gonna make the news, in a Missing Person kin d of way. However, bigger issue: this hotel doesn't honor online bookings from Hotels.com.
