Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and gym, and all were good. The beach is an easy 7-minute walk away, and the continental breakfast was good. Perfect for couples looking for a retreat, and it would also work well for friends, families, and solo travelers.
