We had a great time here. Lovely location. It was close to beaches, right next to Chalk Sound (which is beautiful) and Sapodilla Hill. Make sure you take the boat ride offered here. It was so much fun and worth the price. The room was very clean and had everything you would need. We would definitely visit again.

Used the free kayak to paddle across Chalk Sound to see the sunken plane. Taylor Beach is beautiful and its a short drive from all the craziness of the tourists. My Hatian friends at the bar and restaurant made everything more fun!

Villas are spacious and very fonctional.. it’s clean the kitchen is well equipped. It’s well located with a restaurant/ bar with a beautiful view on the spot. You have free access to the kayak and stand up paddle for the lagune. You are away from the main beach (Grace Bay). You have two beaches close by. Taylor Beach is the nicest and the water is extremely calm and you can walk far without the water getting deep.

The space, the pool, the amenities are all amazing; however, there is an insect issue. I am waiting to see if it is in fact bedbugs but definitely something is there on the couch and in the hammock. The couch appeared dingy and I was reluctant to watch tv on it; however, I thought it would be fine based on the reviews; however, I have bites, yes 3 in a row, on my legs, shoulders, and chest in spite of wearing long sleeves. I felt itchy but I blew it off as the fabric, do not blow it off. Overall, it was a nice stay until I noticed the itching from the sofa and the bites.

The villa was spacious, clean, with perfect amenities. We never saw housekeeping until checkout. The beaches on the property needed some tending and clean up. Some broken equipment and trash needlessly laying around. Otherwise a very peaceful and lovely experience. Sapodilla bay beach conveniently located across the street but traded proximity/direct beach access with comfort, space, and convenience. Overall loved our stay here.

We needed an escape from reality & chose to fly to Turks & Caicos for the first time. Neptune Villas was the ideal place! A quick walk to Sopadilla Bay to relax oceanside—or we could just hang out in our private pool. Las Brisas is the restaurant on site & the food was outstanding!
