Beautiful and well-maintained beach. The kayaks and sailboats were great and the staff was very friendly. We stayed in the apartment above the gym - great amenities and well equipped. Only negative was the people dropping weights in the gym.

The staff was helpful with getting taxis and anything we needed. They were as professional as they come and prompt when you needed them. They provided local activities to try as well as restaurants. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for something quiet and within a 10-15 radius of everything

Great rooms I recommend renting a car if you are gonna stay here a taxis are expensive to come here. The property is nice but you can get food after 2pm which is really inconvenient and staff is completely gone after 6pm besides security.

This was a beautiful property. Mark, Cadett, and Allen were great. Overall all staff were awesome. Communication was perfect and check in was fast and comfortable. Rooms were clean and property was beautiful. Would of loved some dinner options on the property. Will be returning to the H20 again and would highly recommend. Definitely 5 star

Whether you like kiteboarding, sailing, jet skiing, or the pool, this place is a water sports haven. The staff is some of the best we have ever dealt with… from Mark at the front desk, to Mario at the bar, Duncan and his crew, and Julie the manager. They were all very welcoming and accommodating and just all-around good people. Equally as great were the other guests. Some first timers like us, but others stay here regularly to enjoy what this property has to offer; an easy-going experience focused on the best of what the ocean has to offer, in a stunningly beautiful location. Units are generous in size, extremely clean and well appointed. We absolutely will be back!

We chose this property to celebrate my daughter's 50th birthday with her friends and we had a fabulous time. Mark and the staff were very helpful and happily assisted us with all our requests. The property is beautiful, clean, and spacious with modern furniture and fixtures. We had a 2 b/r and we were very comfortable. There is no restaurant on site, but ordering from the restaurants was easy and quick. Also, there is continental breakfast each morning by the pool. There are 2 pools and a hot tub and of course, the property is on the beach. The beach on that side of the ocean is not as nice as the other side of the island, so we rented a car and spent a day at a beautiful white sand public beach. There are many water sports activities available too. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, cozy, beautiful location for a vacation, this is the place to be. We are already planning our next visit.

We decided to spend our wedding anniversary here. For being charged such high end rates,this resort wasn’t worth it. The room was beautiful but that was about it. The resort sits on a beach, which was nice for jet skiing. They mixed up our jet ski plans and told us the waived half the costs but we were in fact charged at the end of our stay. There is no restaurants or room service . I kept getting locked out of our room and the gym on a daily basis. They kept changing the opening hours of the gym. One early morning I was locked out of the room with no one on the property! It started raining while we were locked out. The front desk closes at 6p.m. I called and called the front desk and a grounds keeper answered after about 4 calls. He took his time getting to us to let us in the room. It rained off and on during our stay despite being told it hardly rained and if so it lasts a few mins. I got ate up severely by bugs in our room that I had to sleep every night with my Nike sweatsuit on; I I had to put on bug repellent immediately after getting out of the shower; I had to spray the sheets down everyday with bug spray and we bought citronella candles that burned while being in the room. I called the front desk and they sent a half empty can of bug spray. Not helpful at all. The front desk manager Julie wasn’t very helpful. I wouldn’t recommend this resort. This was our first and last time in Turks and Caicos. Definitely wasn’t worth the money.

H2O resort is a quiet, private hotel, it felt like it was our private home at times. The suite was sleek, we all loved it. We rented the blue jeep, we loved it too. Breakfast can be better, more options for the price we pay won’t hurt. We got stuck in the room during hurricane Erin, I would have appreciated a call or text to check if we needed something! Other than that great experience.

Place was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was great. My only complaint was location. Not near anything walkable. Definitely need to rent a car to buy groceries or go to eat as taxis are very expensive and no restaurants near by.

The property was immaculate and the service was outstanding. It was quiet and we felt safe. The only down side (which we knew going in) is there was no dining options on the property. The did offer a free complimentary breakfast. There was a hotel just down the beach (10 minute walk) that had multiple restaurants. Great place to stay. Highly recommend!
