"Would stay again. Great price for an economical hotel. Toilet tank didn’t always fill up but after it rained the toilet started to flush again. Hotel room is spacious and it was clean. The pool was nice and relaxing. They were doing construction in the back pool area during my stay - it will be nice to see how it all looks once completed. The food was delicious! "The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom."

"Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. "

"Upon arrival Mar.3, we were shown rm. 303. AC and TV did not work. No safety box in room. We were moved to 301 . Safety bax locked. No key available to open it. On Mar.4, elevator broke down with us on the inside, and the door was locked. No power to elevator.Used my phone to call front desk.No towels were in the room.
