"The location is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more. I had an issue with cleanliness, pet hair in blankets, found underwear in extendable sofa bed which clearly states that property wasn’t cleaned properly. No staff at the property and when tried to contact for issues, no response. I personally think if paying a price, one deserves a quality. We absolutely loved the property but it needs looking after."

"Over all everything was good, We did have one issue with the night front staff when my husband was checking in. She started to yell at him saying there were no available rooms and asked what he was even doing there.. even though we had a reservation. She didn’t even ask him if he had a reservation, just straight to yelling that there was no rooms. Other than that one staff member being completely rude everything else was great."

"Ive stayed her 3 times in the last few months and each time there were groups of teen teams here, so if you want to use the pool then you will be sitting in there with very loud, unrespectful teens. Not once could i enjoy a night time hot tube. Very disappointing. Staf was amazing, breakfast was good. But i do rewlquest that the porperty has an adult "quirt" hour at night so we can enjoy a hottub without screaming kids and splashes in the face by these kids."

"The pool and water slide were great. The breakfast was perfect and very friendly woman running it. Our bed had a sag on one side so you either had to be in the middle or if felt like you were falling out. A baseball team was sharing the floor and were quite noisy and did some prank calls to our room until we unplugged the phone."

"Average hotel in every aspect: Amenity- hotel was an old building with recent renovations, though the soundproofing is terribly poor. We were on 2nd floor and all the sounds made by the guest on the 3rd floor can be heard very clearly. Cleanliness - the Keurig coffee maker has the "Descale" light on, it seems it never gets descaled. Staff - I waited for 5 minutes at the front when checking in, and they refused to offer any connecting rooms or even put us on the same floor. "

"We stayed here for a work trip and were very pleasantly surprised. While the check-in area feels a bit dated, we were placed in the newer building and the room itself was fantastic—spacious, very clean, and with a great shower. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and parking was convenient with spots available around both the front and back of the building.
