You can truly feel the dedication and attention that goes into making every guest’s experience special. Aurora, our concierge, was exceptional. She was warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with every detail. Her kindness and dedication made our stay even more memorable, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. From the beautiful atmosphere to the outstanding service and impeccable cleanliness, Hotel Villa Franca exceeded our expectations. "Incredible, one of a kind stay at the Poseidon! Not only is the hotel property itself amazing (pool, restaurant, bar, secret bar, balcony rooms, stunning views) AND the staff are the most helpful (booked dinner reservations, booked a hair appointment for my wife, predict all your needs), BUT ALSO the location might be the best in Positano. It is right on the main (only) road going down towards the beach so you have an easy, gradual walk past all the main shopping as well as right next to the main stairs for a fast-track to the beach. We will stay here everytime we go to Positano! Grazie mille!"
