"The staff was excellent and very helpful! Rooms were clean but very small. Breakfast was very good. The only problem is that the hotel is not accessible by car or taxi. So expect to pay for a luggage service to take your baggage and then you will have to walk to the hotel. I’m older and this was not fun. Good place for younger people and close to beach."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely unforgettable stay at Hotel Marincanto! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel is simply stunning, with breathtaking views over Positano and the Amalfi Coast — honestly, the kind of view that doesn’t even look real. The location is perfect: close enough to easily walk into the heart of Positano, yet peaceful and relaxing once you’re back at the hotel. The property itself is beautiful, full of charm and character, and every little corner feels special. Our room was gorgeous, impeccably clean and comfortable, and waking up to that incredible view every morning was something we’ll never forget. The pool and terraces overlooking the sea are absolutely spectacular, and having direct access down toward the beach made the experience even better. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. The service felt effortless and personal without ever being intrusive. Breakfast with that view, drinks by the pool, watching the sunset over Positano… everything about Marincanto felt like the perfect Italian dream. We absolutely loved our stay and would return without hesitation. If you’re looking for a beautiful, romantic and truly memorable place to stay in Positano, Marincanto is worth every star. Five stars simply aren’t enough. 🇮🇹✨"

"Amazing place to stay in Positano. You truly can’t beat the view of the city from this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was 10/10, plenty of options, fresh and delicious. You won’t regret staying here while visiting Positano."

"This was a huge splurge on behalf of our family to stay at this hotel, but if you’re only going to visit the Amalfi Coast once this is the hotel to stay at, it was extremely convenient. They had great service. The food was wonderful the location, is excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. It’s a little challenge to get down there with your luggage so I highly recommend you use the porter service, but it’s in a great location and you’ll really enjoy your stay."

"Wonderful hotel. Staff amazing, from the reception, to housekeeping, to pool to restaurant . Elegant first floor room with great view of garden, the church dome and with a glimpse of the sea. Perfect location, an oasis in the heart of a busy Positano. Highly recommend the restaurant also. perfect location. An oasis in the heart of Positano. Excellent restaurant too."
