"The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast room was small but they made sure we got plenty to eat. The location was great, right in the middle of everything. "

"Property had parking which was €50 per day and lasted until 12 the day after. Pool is only open between June and September time and the A/C only is on during the summer months. Very very good location, either walk down steps (10 mins to centre but careful are uneven) or the local bus which is internal Positano. Buy the ticket from the local tabaccheria for cheaper prices. WiFi is not that strong in some areas. The breakfast was unforgettable and had a lot on offer. Staff very friendly too"

"Are you debating what room to book in Positano without spending all your money?? BOOK THIS HOTEL! The rooms with the terrace sea view?? Absolutely gorgeous. We wanted to spend our whole time just out on that terrace. They provided a great breakfast served directly on the terrace. The staff were also absolutely phenomenal. They were so helpful throughout our stay and made our entire stay so much more enjoyable. They even helped book the luggage porter so when we arrived they were already waiting for us to take our bags, which were delivered directly to our room! Please note the luggage porters do charge $10 per bag but it’s definitely worth it when arriving because dragging your bags up those stairs would be exhausting. The only thing to note, there is no elevator in this hotel, like many hotels in the area. Besides that? Location, amazing. Staff, amazing. Room, AMAZING "

"This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful place! Staff was excellent from front desk, housekeeping, bar, restaurant - everyone was kind and attentive. You pay a premium for drinks and food but this is to be expected in Positano."
