"Really nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Plenty of hot water and heat. Rooms are small and you can hear people outside but that didn’t bother us. The neighborhood is beautiful and near all public transportation, and it’s near nice restaurants, souvenir shops, and grocery stores. A really nice surprise with the cleanliness and kind staff (cleaners & front desk). "

"Staff are amazing, accomodating and helpful. Location is unbeatable for central London. Rooms are great but could use a little upgrade. Mattress had a little dip where it had been used over time. Also found it odd that they didnt supply amenities like a toothbrush, cotton and no slippers or robe. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book there again."

"VERY nice hotel!! We were so pleasantly surprised. The rooms are as you'd expect for London hotels - none of them are big. And that is to be expected. Having said that, the bathroom was really nice, the bed very comfortable, and very clean . Breakfast was absolutely incredible and totally worth every penny with lots of hot options. Wonderful variety of things. The hotel itself is very pretty as far as the lobby and there's an outdoor seating area that we actually utilized quite a lot even though it was a little chilly out. Statues, a little fountain, very quaint! Really liked this hotel and very well located. Would definitely stay here again"
