"If Ricardo and Simone were not employeed, my stay would of been a zero. No coffee machine in the room, heating system shut off without warning, limited blankets. No hot water to make a cup of tea. You must leave your room to obtain from staff at reception. No water bottles in the room, you must leave to use the filtered system around the corner. No Iron or Ironing board available, you must make a 20 euro deposit to use the steamer, which will be refunded after use, so make up your mind to steam...

"Staff were super friendly & helpful from minute I checked in. Hotel and room was clean and nice. The shuttle service from & too airport was super! Would stay here again :)"
