One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in Europe. It had a local of local flavor in the rooms and hallways. It is a very central location. Everything was easy and smooth.

I had an absolutely amazing view of Porto from my room. I had to be careful with my hotel room door though. I am used to a hotel room door closing behind me but the door to my room would not close unless I pulled it all the way shut, which caught me by surprise a couple of times. The staff was very kind and professional. The hotel is centrally located. I would definitely stay here again.
