Beautiful, quiet location with great views. Excellent communication from Oporto. Tucked away on a quiet street. Would be a great place for a week long stay with great kitchen space and supplies.

Magnifique vue, appartement très propre et confortable, bien équipé. Emplacement idéal près de gare, de la rivière, tout se fait à pied ou en transports publics facilement accessibles. Le personnel est serviable, les échanges rapides et précis.

Beau petit appartement, très bien situé

Beau petit appartement, très bien situé dans la vieille ville tout près du Douro (et avec une vue dessus). La douche est étrangement posionnée devant les toilettes... mais on s'y fait bien au final.

Great central location. Friendly welcome. Quite small but all clean and tidy. Only negative is the lack of air conditioning but a fan was provided. Would stay there again.

Excellent manager staff

Excellent service by the staff, Ms. Cruz. The manager is very kind, helpful. Although it was very difficult to get to the hotel from the airport, she helped us to catch Uber to get to the train station when we left.

The location of the place was perfect. Easy to get around. No need for a car. We Appreciated a fan due to no AC. A ceiling fan would be a great idea as well as better draining for the shower.

Great day in Porto

Communication was good beforehand and I dropped my bags at Oporto St. Aldas when I arrived in the morning. Valeria gave me a detailed guide to Porto and I enjoyed sightseeing for the day. The room was clean with a wonderful view over the river and windows that opened to let in the breeze and the sounds of the birds. I would have booked a longer stay but they were already full the next night

Honestly probably the best hotel my husband and I have stayed at abroad. The staff was able to accommodate our early arrival and were so sweet and couldn’t be more accommodating! Let us leave our luggage for as late as we wanted on our last day as well! Also the view and location I would give a 5 star review. Right in the middle of everything and you can always see your room from the river. Plus all the tours leave from the cathedral that is a literal 2 min walk💛 all in all a magical Portuguese apartment✨

Beautiful views, you won’t regret it

Beautiful space with superb views. Truly beautiful looking outside of this apartment. The only drawbacks were no A/C (which we barely noticed) and due to the amazing location, there is no parking on-site. There was a 24 public parking that they directed me to that was 24 Euros/day. Patricia was a rock star and helped us lug our bags to/from the hotel to a nearby spot where we could temporarily park our car.

The hotel was in a great location and looked really nice at first. It was clean any decently sized. The person greeting us was also very friendly. However the first thing you notice is an extremely strong smell of air refreshing spray. It didn’t take very long until we realized that this was to try to cover the smell of the mold. The smell of mold was especially bad by the bed. I could not sleep for both nights we stayed here and I would absolutely not recommend anyone staying in this room (number1). Especially for people with asthma, allergies or pregnant people this room can be dangerous. I saw comments from the hotel that they have had problems with mold in this room which makes it even more unbelievable to me that this room is still rented out to tourists. We did request to change rooms, none were free and all we were offered was to have our room cleaned but that would not get rid of the mold. We didn’t even get an apology or anything else. Please note that I am only able to write this about room number 1. The building in general looked really nice and maybe the other rooms are better.

Amazing view for great price in the heart of Porto

Location of hotel is very convenient--steps away from Porto Cathedral with an amazing view of Church of St. Lawrence and Douro river! The room had modern furnishings and was clean. The heating worked great and we were warm and cozy. The kitchen was a nice convenience to have as well. We were able to store our bags at the front desk when we checked out in the morning and were given a building key so we could come back later in the day to collect our bags. Note this accommodation does NOT have an elevator so you will have to lug your bags up and down stairs. The only complaints are regarding the shower: 1) The shower light was broken so we had to shower in the dark. 2) There was not enough hot water our first night so only one of us had half of a warm shower and then the rest was done in chilling cold water. 3) The shower curtain does not do a good job of blocking the water so the floor outside of the shower is always wet and slippery after showering. Overall, great price for the location and view!

This was a cute little apartment in Porto near a Cathedral. This place doesn’t have AIr conditioning which made it a bit uncomfortable when sleepy at night, but if you leave the windows open you can feel the cool evening breeze. Overall a great experience as it was close to many sites and shopping and restaurants which are within walking distance.

The receptionists were super friendly on arrival and departure. The apartment is very central and modern with a decent view. It was cleaned thoroughly every day the only slight downside was the noise from people above, which improved when we told them. I would highly recommend this place.

Location location location. Great Experience.

Great central location. Use Oporto Aldas's arranged taxi driver. They will drop you off super close to your apartment street. We LOVED knowing we stayed on the actual Camino trail that winds down the quaint cobblestone street to and from The Se do Cathedral. Studio apartment was quaint but worked for two people. Kitchen was awesome. Breakfast every morning was phenomenal!!! Plenty to eat with extras for snack later. Prompt and kind responses from Ana prior to trip and with Camila during our stay meant SO much. We truly enjoyed crossing paths with Camila so we could share our experiences or ask questions. Obrigada!!! Location is great for sunset views of you walk a few steps toward Cathedral. A short walk from apartment across top of Pont Luiz Bridge is a Must Do!!! Use of the free smartphone with data was THE reason we selected this location. Grateful for this amenity because we didn't purchase int'l. Phone plan. Wi-Fi in apartment was responsive too and not spotty service like I read in reviews from other hotels and apartments. Felt like this was home for us and we would go back again.
