False advertising - says 3 bedrooms - really only 2 very cramped bedrooms. Parking - false advertising - none available onsite and no good parking outside.

Il manquait beaucoup de choses. Pas de linge a vaisselle. Pas de sac poubelle. Une seule clé pour l’appartement et quand on ferme la porte se barre automatiquement. Avons dû payer lorsque les enfants ont laissé les clés a l’intérieur.

Pas de linge a vaisselle, pas de débarbouillettes, pas de sacs poubelles supplémentaires, une seule clef pour le logement avec une porte qui se verrouille aussitôt fermée. On devait attendre la dame une fois arrivée pour nous remettre la clef mais ils ont ete tres gentil de nous faire un early check in.

Location confortable, jolie et très bien située. Petit bémol pour la communication à l arrivée et cela aurait été agreable qu il y ait des équipements de base comme du thé, café, sacs poubelles. Salon un peu rudimentaire (et la télé commande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas).

Nos cobraron 20 € mas x la limpieza, había reservado con parking y me dijeron k no k no estaba incluida. Había sitio en la calle a Dios gracias. Al apartamento le faltan muchas cosas por el precio que cobran.,El entorno muy bien situado y las camas muy cómodas eso si.

EXCELLENT location if you are sightseeing. Right across the street from a park, which was great for our young kids. The place is in somewhat rough condition... needs updating and yard needs to be cleaned up. No drying rack for clothes, which made things hard. We were also left waiting outside at night because the manager did not meet us on time.

+ Top location in Vila Nova de Gaia, next to the park with a playground, just a few steps away from the Metro stop and the Luiz I Bridge and a 10 minutes walk from General Torres train station + Grocery stores and bakeries nearby + The host Izabella was very responsive and accommodating + The basic amenities like towels, iron, hairdryer, cutlery, glasses and plates were available + Big fridge, stove and washing machine + A bottle of port wine and water were provided (after asking) + Coffee pads for the coffee machine were provided - The flat was not really clean. After talking to the host, who was very friendly, the bed sheets have been changed and the kitchen has been cleaned, though, which was good - The heating in the both smaller rooms is not really powerful, which could be a problem on colder days - The rooms are small and dark - The whole building is old, which is why the rooms are poorly insulated, so we could hear our neighbours from upstairs. The ventilation of one of the bathrooms is very loud, as well. - There were mold and spiderwebs in some rooms and in the bathrooms - The bathrooms (especially the sinks) are tiny - There were no salt, pepper, sugar or tee - The grass in the garden was not cut and the grill was not usable The overall impression was that the flat is not being well maintained. Thus, if you don´t spend too much time inside, the location is perfect for families with toddlers and to explore the beautiful city of Porto and the surroundings.

O apartamento está muito bem localizado, mesmo diante do Jardim do Morro e da Ponto Dom Luís. Tem uma estação de metro muito próxima. Trata-se de um apartamento com 3 quartos, uma sala, cozinha e duas casas de banho. Dimensão razoável e confortável. Não falta nada de fundamental quanto a dispositivos. Internet e tv por cabo com bom serviço. Voltarei a cá ficar quando regressar ao Porto. A relação custo benefício parece-me vantajosa face a outras opções.

O apartamento fica perto do metrô, de supermercado ,padaria e perto da ponte principal . Lugar tranquilo e agradável. Tivemos problema com a garagem que só foi resolvido no último dia.

Lovely Porto

It was a basic, but clean and well equipped, centrally located appartment at the right price. Lovely view from the window of a garden, park and old convent. Right next to the bridge. Shop and bar a stones throw away. We managed to park right outside, whick saved us 10€ per night. Easy access to Porto via the bus stop nearby. I'm my opinion, although very clean ans comfy, the apartment would be more appealing if it was painted in nutual colours, which would make the rooms appear bigger than they do at present, with the many colour schemes going off. But that doesn't bring down the quality of the accommodation. The price was excellent and I will return.
