"The room is very clean. The hotel is well maintained. It is more like a resort. I would highly recommend to rent a car. It is not a bad location if you have a car."

"Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge. Very roomie but that situation didn’t allow us to sleep and we had put chairs and table by the door not that would have much but...

The highlights were the cliffside view with the Atlantic Ocean and mountains in the background, and waking up to the sunrise over the ocean in the morning from our room's balcony. Apart from the view, the hotel is well maintained and the breakfast each morning was very satisfying."

"Clean, comfortable rooms with an amazing breakfast buffet. Views from rooms where amazing. Close to airport. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms a bit dated and pool area could use a refresh but overall a great stay. This made our canceled flight experience a bit better :-)"

"Hotel proposant de belles prestations avec cependant quelques problèmes rencontrés inacceptables pour un 5 étoiles. Contrairement à l'annonce Expedia, l'hôtel ne propose pas de navette vers l'aéroport. Notre première chambre vue mer, avait des remontées d'odeurs nauséabondes par la salle de bain et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Les rideaux tirés par les personnels de ménage et la salle de bain allumée en permanence pour la ventilation auraient dû nous mettre la puce à l'oreille. Dommage...

"Das Personal war sehr vorzukommend und hat soweit wie möglich alle Wünsche erfüllt. Das Hotel liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung in Sao Vicente. Nach einem aufregenden Tag konnte man gut z.B. am Pool und im Whirlpool abschalten. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten gab es auch. Ein großes Lob ans Hotel für die schöne Atmosphäre und das Feeling."

"We were forced to book this hotel last minute due to a cancelled flight and no other options. It was incredibly expensive and not worth the cost. The hotel is very old and outdated and the wifi does not work. We were able to check in late and the room was clean but I would not stay there again for that price. Definitely taking advantage of low inventory on the island"
