"Beautiful hotel with private spa and extremely helpful staff. We stayed in 2 bedroom penthouse with jacuzzi which was very clean and spacious with outdoor area separated with outdoor shower, jucazzi, seating area with lounge chairs and table and chairs. This 2 bedroom room is not part of the hotel building and is based 5min walk away in separate building. It is also based on 3rd floor and only accessible by stairs and no lift"

"Amazingly friendly family owned hotel. The renovation of the building with such history has been completed so well. Very bright and welcoming room, great space and so well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was a lovely start to our morning, thank you for the fruit in our room on the morning of our early departure. The hotel is very central to everything, very easy find down the road from the train station. Thank you also for arranging our early transfer to Bari airport, everything went so smoothly."

"Hotel San Giovanni sits right on the sea, a short tuc tuc ride from Polignano a Mare (the ride itself is half the fun). The staff couldn't do enough for us, from check in to check out they were fabulous, and breakfast was fresh, generous, lovely. A brilliant base for exploring the coast."

"The property is stunning and very peaceful. A great place for a family of 4 or two couples. The kitchen/ entertaining area is vast, everything very modern and stylish and the pool and out door seating areas amazing. A real 5 star treat for a week away. Make sure that you have a car though, as you can't walk anywhere."
