"Had a wonderful stay at the hotel which had newly reopened following a renovation. The hotel had a very stylish design. The pool area was beautiful. "The location is perfect for a visit to Polignano a Mare. The rooftop breakfast terrace was fabulous and the hotel team was very welcoming. I recommend a sea view room with balcony and the tiramisu for breakfast. Paid parking is nearby."

"As with many things in life, it’s the people who make the difference, and that was certainly true here. We had a minor issue with our room, but the staff and manager were incredibly kind and apologetic. They immediately offered an upgrade to make things right. While we didn’t feel the upgrade was necessary (we actually loved our room), their willingness to go above and beyond really stood out and spoke volumes about their commitment to service. So thank you Musae Relais & Spa!!"
