"The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and we checked in at 1am. We were able to park in their garage for a daily fee but worth it to keep our rental off the city street. I’m traveling with an injured knee and room service brought me ice each night and added a little chocolate treat the second night when we called. The hotel was located in a great spot. All popular areas were with in walking distance. As well as the train station. Overall great day for the 3 days we spent in Lisbon."

"We stayed here for the last few days of our trip, and while the location of the hotel was great, we were really disappointed with the lack of privacy. We put the Do Not Disturb sign on our door before leaving for the day because we specifically did not want housekeeping entering our room. When we returned, we were surprised to find that our room had been cleaned anyway. It makes us question the purpose of having a Do Not Disturb sign if it isn’t going to be respected. We had valuables and personal belongings left out in the room, assuming no one would be entering. Thankfully, nothing was taken, but it was still very uncomfortable knowing someone entered our room despite us clearly requesting privacy. The hotel really needs to make sure housekeeping respects the Do Not Disturb signs."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hostel, visiting during the off-peak season (early May). I stayed in a private room with a private bathroom, which was clean, spacious, and comfortable. One of my favourite features was the rooftop pool. Swimming there was especially enjoyable with the fragrant scent of what I believe was jasmine growing along the walls. There was also another rooftop seating area with a wonderful view of the surrounding neighbourhood. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time in these communal spaces reading and journaling. While it was peaceful during my visit, I imagine they would have a lively and entertaining atmosphere during peak season. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The location was also ideal, with convenient access to local public transit. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return!"

"Good location next to the Metro and train station (didn't use the train) there is a wee supermarket in the train station which is nice just to get some snacks and drinks for the day. Hotel is a beautiful hotel with a yesteryear feel with modern amenities."
