The Eurostars Universal Hotel has a 5 star rating and in my opinion, quite rightly so. The hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from Lisbon Oriente Station and Vaso Da Gama Shopping Centre - one of Lisbon's major centres.
The hotel staff were excellent from arrival through to departure - always courteous, polite and efficient.
