"The night manager who welcomed us in the early hours of 18th July was very helpful and took care of us after the long journey. Pool bar team and food excellent. Restaurant staff were excellent but the food selection was a little disappointing. Transfers to and from the airport booked through Expedia failed to deliver and ruined part of the holiday for us. We were abandoned at the airport on arrival after flight delay and had to book a rental car as huge taxi queue. Then had to return the car...

"Das Zimmer war sauber, der Blick auf die Bucht war super. Die Anlage ist nicht neu, wird aber gepflegt. Wir hatten den Royal Status und ohne diesen würde ich nicht hingehen. Nur damit hat man Zutritt zur Beachbar, die Liegen am Strand sind nicht inklusive und kosten 25 Euro. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, also eher entspannt. Wer feiern will, muss mit Bus oder Taxi in die Stadt oder zu den Clubs fahren. Das Essen war echt gut, gute Auswahl und meist lecker. Das Restaurant ist extrem gut...

"Lovely location and nice breakfast. As a corporate hotel it was missing a few of the more considerate gestures. We were only allowed one coffee pod on arrival. No fresh milk provided. Room seemed a little sparse. No air con in the reception which felt very muggy in 80% humidity."
