"We had the family two rooms. The rooms were clean. The reception and breakfast staff were very professional and helpful. We stayed 2 nights with breakfast, which was a good quality and plenty of choice. The hotel was very niecely decorated for xmas. We asked for an extra item and it was delivered by the housekeeping team, who also cleaned the room mid stay plus changed couple of towels. They did not have to do that. We also needed an extra remote control for the 2nd TV and this was promptly...

"The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention."
