"Perfeikt hotel til at være inde midt i byen. Det er lidt besværligt at finde helt hen til hotellet i de ensrettede veje. Der var ikke plads på hotellets parkeringsplads, men til gengæld var der en ladeplads lige udenfor hoveddøren. Desværre var der en stor gruppe kinesere på hotellet, og som altid, når en sådan gruppe har spist morgenmad, var buffeten fuldstændig rippet"

"The Novotel in Metz was one of the more expensive hotels we have stayed in on our European tour. It is not as classy as we had expected and the decor in the room was dated especially the textured white walls. The plugs in both the sink and shower did not drain well and smelt. The bed was comfortable and pillows fluffy. There is an outside pool but it is very busy with children and not very big. The price of the hotel was not reflected in the stay. The underground parking is shared and smells...

"So I booked this location after an issue with another hotel. I only wish that I had discovered this one first. The location was great, right next to most major attractions. The hotel staff rocked, and everyone was very helpful. I would certainly stay here again"

"Hôtel confortable. Propreté : très bien. Confort : très bien. Petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié. Personnel aimable et prévenant. Un petit bémol : le personnel ne connaît absolument pas les manifestations ou lieux à visiter sur Metz. C'est vrai, ce n'est pas un Office de Tourisme et il y a de la documentation à l'accueil !!"
